Yea, that would be good. One of the downsides of this forum is that there are so many threads.
I am currently on a high protein, low carb plan. I drink a OptiFast shake for breakfast. Have an OptiFast bar for morning and afternoon snacks. I have a Heathy Choice soup for lunch. And for dinner I have 6 oz. of chicken or pork and 1 cup of veggies.
Seems to be working so far.
