Default Arrowroot as a substitute on Ideal Protein

Does anyone know if you can use arrowroot as a thickening agent since you can't use flour or corn starch, etc.

If it's not on your sheet it has to be 0 carbs, 0 sugars and 0 fat. I am 99% sure that arrowroot has the same amount of carbs as wheat flour.
