well its been 7 weeks and still going, total loss of 28 lbs I got into the thread of 30 by thanksgiving it looks as though I will make it. God willing. Thanks for all the posts here, knowing your not alone and it can be done. Thanks Have a great day all. Keep it falling off

Thanks for all the kind words I still have a (weigh) ha ha to go. I am tired of being overweight and I made up my mind do get this done, without cheating. I do feel better and better blood pressure way down, I may have to go to Dr. and have him cut my dose in half. I also need some new pants and a belt or two. I like that I have to get smaller items not bigger. Have a great night all Lets shrink together..................................: devil:...............................
