Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.
1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.
For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.
2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

***************************** I'm starting out today snuggling in my sweats in my recliner but I'm getting ready to get up and head out to the Saturday farmer's market for my weekly veggies (nothing like the freshest veggies I can find!). Then I'll come home and "process" the veggies so they're ready to grab-and-go.

Weekend cleaning.
I guess rest time is over. Yup. Its already 8 am.
Hope everyone's got a great weekend planned! Mine is full of work But this morning we are taking our "field trip" to the laundromat which is always fun for the boys! Knocking off a quick cake pop order, getting dinner set up for the hubs then off to another thrilling shift at the hospital! Rest is for the weak

my weekend cleaning started very early this morning!! movers came and helped us move our furniture about yesterday, some that was in storage, so everything is amiss!! i have already cleaned and rearranged the entire kitchen cabinets, cleaned the floors, scoured the sink, vacuumed the entire condo!!!...put away about half of the stuff i drug out in order to rearrange...whew...and its only 9:30 am!! haha time for a coffee break!!
hope everyone has a lovely weekend...get out and enjoy the fresh air!!! i'm going on a beach picnic later so i can't wait to soak up some rays....feel that salty air on my lips...and the wind in my hair....and of course, to write my name in the sand!!!

You are way more motivated than I am!!! The kids just ate breakfast, I'm finishing my coffee before we head to the laundromat! Dip your toes in the water for me, it's definitely not beach weather up here anymore

We're off to the big city today for the Rider game!!! DH and DS #1 are goings and the bigger little and I are hanging out with me sister and her kids for the day. The little ones are all the age, so to a oce playtime for the kids and a nice coffee and visit time for me and my sister. It's a 3 hr drive each way, so it will be a long day. I've got all my stuff packed and ready to go!! Have an awesome day!!! Oh I forgot my NSV this week. I ordered online from Old Navy, and the size 16 jeans FIT!!!!!

We're up preparing to move the piano to the front door and maybe out on the front porch so it can be picked up tomorrow. It's tough when your living room has served as a warehouse for 21 years of buying and selling antiques and "junque." It's recently gotten a little out of hand and the house looks like the set of a Hoarders episode. I need Rainbow and her energy and organization. Just ate a protein bar with 20 grams of protein before we attend all this exercise. I may need an extra packet after this as I've been pretty sedentary trying to heal my foot's tendon.

will dip those toes for sure!! we are still in what i call the "dog days of summer" here!! there always seems to be that one day when a certain CHILL comes and then fall is officially here!! well, that hasn't happened yet in charleston...so we can still enjoy the beach for another week or 2!! woohoo!! its the best time as well because all the tourists are gone and we have the beach back to the locals!! yipeee!!!

The beach sounds wonderful. Alright maybe I do need to live closer to the beach especially since it's still in the 80's here everyday and will probably be for another 3 to 4 weeks. Have a fun time and enjoy the waves for me.

Isn't it fun to move down in sizes? Congrats! Cousin's wedding today but will bring along a bar for my dessert. Should be a fun day. Here's hoping everyone has a great OP weekend!
