Well finally on my last WI I finally reached my 10% goal. So happy! It took me like forever to reach it hahaha. With all the bad eating habits and not tracking on some weeks/days. Now I set a new goal that by the end of the year 2012 I will loose 16 lbs (170). Another goal to look forward too.
As usual my very bad habit kicked in once again. Because I reached my goal been celebrating couple of days. Been eating lots lots of carbs!!

But I have been tracking and yes I already used up my WP. So now I am trying to just stay within my DP and go to the gym or do some physical stuff to get the AP. So I wont be suprised to see a gain on saturday. O well I will surely get back in track after all this celebration of mine hehehe
