Default Ideal protein and excercise

I looked at some older posts and could not find anything current on IP and excercise.
I have lost 30 pounds in 12 weeks and the last few weeks have been very small amounts. I know a loss is a loss but most people lose 3 pounds per week and I am losing 1-2.
My coach said it was because I started excercising a few days a week, cardio and weight training.
Please let me know if anyone else has had a negative affect from excercising.

Here's the ongoing thread on exercise:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...-exercise.html

This diet is extremely low calorie, so if you add exercise in you HAVE to add in more fuel (an extra packet within 1/2 hour of exercise, and for some also a 1/2 restricted before). Adding cardio and strength training isn't going to speed your losses - if you want to exercise, do it for the fitness/scuplting. But be sure to add the extras that will help your muscles recover properly and not retain water.

I did not exercise for the first 6-8 weeks and my losses were great. Once I started incorporating exercises, my losses slowed. I stopped exercising for a month and my losses increased again. My exercising is 20-30 min on the elliptical, hiking and bike riding. I am now exercising again and my losses are lower but I really need to exercise because I feel SO much better. I am also on my last 20 pounds so either way, my losses are going to slow down. I do feel that exercising slows losses. It probably depends on the person too.

My losses were pretty much 3 pounds per week until I went back to work after summer break and now they are 1-2 pounds. I am pretty active at work and I can really tell a difference. I feel good though so I am fine with the slower loss.
