Default Sick of myself! -rant!

Hey guys sorry to rant but I'm so fed up with myself! I'm 160 lbs and loose about 5lbs and then give up and go straight back to 160. This may sound self pittying but I think I just need to make myself accountable and be honest with myself about what I'm doing to my body. Today I had a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast...what was I thinking! So here I am making a statement that I will be kind to myself and finally give my body what it deserves a good healthy diet and exercise. You guys heard it here first! Thanks for listening love to you all! X

It happens! Only thing you can do is not beat yourself up for it and get right back on the horse and get back to it. It's the one thing I've learnt lately. Instead of beatng myself because I've had no loses in the past 2 weeks, I just keep pushing on.

It happens to many people, just don't beat yourself up. Easier said than done I know but just know that you have the opportunity to make this happen for yourself TODAY, and there will be mishaps along the way. Learn from it, and have fun.

Thank you so much guys your comments really didn't make me bring today into perspective. It was just a down day but one that's made me step back and looks at my weight loss plan and goals.

Well, look at the positive side... It's better to keep losing and gaining the same 5 lbs than to keep adding 5lbs each time.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Baby steps. Try to find a way of eating that you can stick to it. Don't do dramatic changes that you know you won't be able to do in the long run.
