I just started back at a slimming class recently and am DETERMINED that this is the time I will succeed and keep the weight off

Hi and to both of you!! Join right in!

Clach68, another swimmer! That is how I get a lot of my exercise too! Great way to beat off the calories and get an overall workout. I use water weights for a good workout and do water dancing, etc. too.
