I am really close to my goal and my birthday is coming up on Tuesday. I don't want to go crazy, but after much soul searching I decided that I do want a cake.

Given my history of binging on sweets, I want to make sure it's something that I can manage from a portion control/calorie perspective.

So, after some digging I found a mini bundt pan that looks perfect. It makes 12 little bundt cakes, so I can make 2 for DH and freeze the others.

However, I've never done this before, so I was hoping to get some advice. Does anyone have a good recipe? Can I just use any bundt recipe or do I need to adjust it?

If it was me, and there are not others coming over, I would go to a bakery and get one or two of something that is fabulous. Savor slowly with coffee or tea on nice china. Making something and freezing to me as a sugar addict just sets me up to midnight thinking about wandering over and pulling one out.
