Good Mornin' (OK. Middle of the night still) Everyone!

I took walks every single day last week, and started in a big "to do" list. It feels really good to be getting things worked on, and to be active.

Not a whole lot planned for this week so far. Continue the walks. And continue down the list of "to dos" around the apartment.

Mostly just need to stay calm, and positive, and keep reminding myself that changes that are forever don't happen overnight.

Good luck this week, all!

Tracked my food this week, got in 3 days of weight training, and posted my weigh-in...down 3.4 lbs.

Hope everyone starts out the week right!

My plan is to keep doing either a smoothie or egg white omelet for breakfast every day and to eat lots of veggies out of the garden for lunch and dinner.

It took so much work to recover from my vacation and wedding weight gain! So frustrating but I am finally down again from the start and am 247.2

Good luck everyone!

Excited!!! Went camping and boating with the family, tracked all my food before we went so I knew what I could eat and be OP. DOWN 3.5 pounds!!!! Yipppeeeee! I feel like I am finally turning this out of control boat around! It's funny...for me it takes so long to talk myself into actually starting a program, but I am so much happier once that decision is made and I'm on my way. I even drank the yucky 64 calorie beers while boating. Not my favorite, but well worth it.

Goals for this week: Keep on tracking and "just say no" this weekend. It's our little town's Homecoming (beer, food, rides, games and music). Going to be lots of bad temptations out there. Gotta stay strong!

Way to go ladies on the losses!!! Keep it going! Have a great Monday!

Lovely- Great goals! I need to remind myself the same thing.

Puffy- 3.4 down is awesome!

Boatingmommy- Wow, great on the 3.5lb loss!

I did okay over the weekend, about 2lbs down thanks to my new scale! I didn't believe it at first so I tried to sort of calibrate it by using 16lb (two 8lbers) hand weights and it registered it at 15.9lbs (close enough for me, lol.) Not much planned this week- just gonna stay on plan and track everything.

Well I am down from last week but still not down over all but heck I am tracking and this week for some reason I have a renewed sense of excitment don't know why??? but heck I'll take it.

I did not track to great last week but this week I am OP for sure and Monday did my cardio and today my weights so I will alternate all week...

Nancy - take that sense of excitement and run with it!!!

How is everyone's week going? I have been OP all week, but wishing desperately that the weather would change here. I usually enjoy walking in the evenings, but it was still about 97 last night at 6:00 pm. I know I need to move my body, but not too fond of heat stroke.

Tried some of the Dannon Oikos greek yogurt yesterday. YUMMY! @ 3 pts.

Okay, going to go and get ready for work...have a great day, everyone!

Boatingmommy- What flavor was that yogurt or did you just add sweetner/fruit etc to it? I really love the Fage 0% greek yogurt and I get it from Sam's club so it is a bit cheaper but one day, I want to make my own yogurt!

Nancy- How is it going this week? Better? Hope so!!

Well, this week-while I have been mostly within points, I have not been eating healthy overall... Lots of beer, booze, and fried foods this week but surprisingly I got down to 175.3!?! New goal for this weekend, maintain that 175 HEALTHILY, Ok, mostly healthy since I am going to a ball game tonight and there WILL be booze involved.

Hope everyone had a good week!

Thanks for asking my week has been pretty great so far no gain or loss just staying the same. Got in some exercise and drinking a ton of water.

Did I mention I have discovered a 2pt recipe for a frappacino? (s/p) anyway I am about hooked on them and I am usually a tea drinker. I make my own low cal cocoa mix, and use low fat vanilla almond milk it is great.

The weekend seems to be my downfall so am trying hard to think up foods that will not derail me

Hope everyone is having a great day
