Unhappy pardon me while I whine for just one minute

I had an amazing day today staying OP. I have WW points to spare and I completed my best workout yet! I did an hour on the treadmill at a brisk pace followed by 90 minutes of water aerobics. I would be celebrating right now if my body weren't screaming in protest. My ankles are a little swollen, I'm tired, and my body is sore all over. Best of all, I forgot to protect my thunder thighs from chafing on the treadmill so they are on fire
At least it cooled off some. Earlier I felt like the at a luau. Stick an apple in my mouth because I was roastin'!

Ok I'm done complaining. Just needed gripe for a minute from overdoing it today. That's a lesson I won't soon forget!

Ouch on the thighs! I know that all too well.

It can be fun to push yourself every once and awhile to see what you can do, but don't hurt yourself.

Thigh fry is the worst! Glad you've cooled down, though

Thigh fry! hahahaha.

Congrats on your workout! I agree it's good to push yourself - just don't do any serious damage.

Elevate your legs and take some tylenol or better yet ibuprofen (if there isn't a medical reason for you to not take it).

Thigh fry! Never heard that one before, but it sure is apt

Way to go on your workout, you did great! I'm with you on the heat--here in northern California it's sweltering (at least with no humidity!) and I definitely feel awkward working out in this kind of heat. Roasting is right!
