I've been lurkin for a while and think you guys are great. I had a nice note written out and of course my computer went blink... and lost it all. If it shows up twice then ignore the repeat.
Seems like I've always been overweight except when I lost 50 lb in 6 months from being very ill. I have health problems not related to the weight that make loosing and exercise difficult.
Got up to 200+ last year and went on Atkins (got sick) so switched to CAD and did great after I limited that reward meal to once a week. I lost over 25+ and have done good at keeping it off. Longest I ever kept the weight off. Low carb really works for me. Hardest part is I have to eat about every 2 hours and planning what I am going to eat is a challenge. Wish there were exact menus to go by.
Yesterday I got on the scale and realized I am inching back up . OH Shock!! It couldn't be the twice daily reece cups I have been indulging in for a while now. Surely not!!! Ha Ha!!
So it's back on induction!!!
I'm so glad I found this forum because I can really use the support. Just bear with me while I learn the ropes.
