I, again, have been way too busy to log in my food and I feel like I am going through withdrawal...lol

I downloaded the app on my ipod 'cause it seemed like the best thing. However, I never got into it. I've been logging my food on livestrong, but since I've seen seeing that more people use MFP, I think I may try to start using that. Seems like there's a bigger support system.

i am very obsessive about logging my food...but i use a handwritten notebook...if im at work away from my notebook, i use a sticky note and then take it home and stick it in my notebook LOL...i even took my little notebook on a trip last year to the village and on last weekend's remote camping trip

I am! I log my food on both the phone app and the PC, depending on where I am.

In year 1998 when I was keeping handwritten diary.... I wish I had talked my hubby into writing a computer program (he is an IT guy)...I would be worth millions now

Me, me, me! I started using it when I went on vacation and wouldn't have access to log on the Medifast website. I never went back!
