Default Recipe book suggestions?

Hi everyone!

I am back on this weight loss wagon after falling off for a couple of years, this time I am doing it right, eating real food (I did Nutrisystem last time).

Anyway, can any of you suggest any good cookbooks with low calorie, healthy recipes? I am following an approximate ratio of 35% carb, 35% protein, 30% fat.

Thanks!

I don't know about the %s you list, but the Comfort Food Diet has some good low calorie recipes in it (includes full nutritional info for all recipes). I don't follow the exact diet plan, but really enjoy the cook books. There are lots of pictures too which I enjoy

I can't recommend a recipe book but skinnytaste.com has some wonderful recipes with points and nutritional info included.

Thank you for the suggestions.
I really needed a source for ideas to switch things up a little. I don't think I can eat chicken stir-fry every night LOL.

I'm going to second skinnytaste. The four below are my favorites.

www.cookinglight.com
