Hi all! I'm new here too, looking for support and encouragement. And some tricks and tips as I go! I've read so many stories already, and this forum looks like it has a great group of people that are really encouraging. I'm very excited to get started!
I tried the HCG diet about a month ago and did lose 10lbs, but the hormones in the drops totally screwed with my emotions. I have a tendency for depression, and those drops really put me in the pits. So I stopped. But I also stopped eating healthy at the same time, so I gained back about 4 lbs. Which may not sound like much, but it was enough to make me feel really tired and bad about myself. I hate that feeling. So here I am again, being really strict about what goes into my mouth, and doing some light exercise each day. I would do more, but I'm having a problem with my knee, it's killing me.
I can't wait to meet more people here, and hopefully have my turn to encourage others!
