Hi all, I am so excited to share that today is Day 1 on IP. I have watched this forum silently for the past couple weeks, and after months of IP in the back of my head; I decided this is MY time. I am on IP for 10 weeks, 38 lbs lighter now, and could not have done this program without this site. It has the most information on IP (more than my coach) and supportive words of wisdom. Love IP,Love this site!

Welcome and congrats for making the decision to join the program and the message boards. I sure wish IP was around 15 years ago when I was 280. It's been a long road, you will find successes every week if you stick to the program 100%.
