As the title suggests I was on this forum some time ago, managed to get down to 8 stone - I got married in August 2010 - was a blushing bride but since the weight has pile on. This is due to my binges/restricting.

I am 4 stone (ish) heavier than I would like to be. My plan is to healthily eat and exercise my way back to 9 stone. I'm having problems at the moment letting go of whats happened and getting on with it - I just seem to dwell for too long. When I'm in the correct mindset I am away.

From past exeperience I have only ever gained or lost, not maintained. So firstly I am going to focus on loosing, then MAINTAINING. I really want to be maintaining goal by August 2013.

4-5 stones in 15 months is possible right?

Hello hun, welcome back. I think with a positive attitude 4 or 5 stone in 15 months is more than doable, if you're really commited to the healthy eating and exercise, it will happen A LOT sooner.
