Oh! I am starting one today

over the last few months, I have gained back 10 pounds and stopped exercising. One pair of pants no longer fits and my other pair is tight!
So starting today I am going back to the way things were - eating cleanly and exercising. I have made myself a little workout chart to put on my fridge with every day of the 12 week period.
The biggest challenge will be giving up wine. I have been drinking way too much lately and have vowed to cut it out for these 12 weeks. I was thinking about starting up a blog to help me through it, but I am awful about keeping with one.
