I've been eating very few calories lately. I haven't been hungry.
Today I've had a banana, almond milk, a protein bar and an apple with almond butter. All together that is 733 calories. Pretty healthy day so far but
1. I need more calories. (1300 for the day)
2. I would LOVE to hit the gym to workout but I'm not sure what to do food wise if I end up going? I'm not sure if I should count the calories I burn at the gym and just keep eating from 733 to my goal for dinner or what! Lol someone help please!
