Default I am an inspiration?

Yesterday I ran across a vlog that included a little something about myself that brought me to tears. Wendy, from Eat.Sleep.Move, made the video in March but I somehow missed it until now. Anyway, in the video (which I shared on my blog if you would like to see it) she says that she really enjoys reading about my daily ins and outs that I post and that by sharing my struggles, I motivated her to start exercising again. I seriously inspired someone? I just can't fathom that. I mean yes, others inspire me. But I guess I just have such low self-esteem that I couldn't even wrap my brain around someone enjoying my blog and being inspired by it. I cried. Like bawled like a baby. That is truly an amazing feeling. Anyway, I just thought I'd share.

I sure don't blame you for bawling!! I would have too. In my experience in life we often inspire each other and in some instances we learn that we have, usually just doing what we do and sharing. Great story, thanks for sharing, it brightened my day.

I remember being so touched when a couple of people here told me that my response to one of their posts, almost or did make them cry -- just because they were so touched by my support. That really moved me almost to tears too.

There is nothing that I find more satisfying & worthwhile, than to be of help to even just one person, if I can ... simply becuz I surely know how they feel from personal experience. I have so appreciated the encouragement I have received from others, and I want to pay it forward ...

That's so cool.

It blows my mind that I've inspired a couple of people at work to start a weight loss journey. I'm like, "me?!" It means a lot to me.

EVen i read your blog but i may not always comment. You should feel very proud that you inspire so many people to succeed as you are right now. Look at what you are doing even when times get bad look how you pick yourself back up and get right on track. That my friend is how to do goals in life. We all struggle but doing it and making contact with someone who is having a hard time doing too. That is a motivator if any for me. Congrats on making a difference in people lives.

You inspired me too, Jo - remember I contacted you and we sent emails?
Your before and after picture really helped me.
I figured, if this girl can do it with such a busy life, than so can I,
and I have! I have lost 7 pounds since and you helped me to get
up and move! So thank you
You rock!
