I ran two miles today without stopping or slowing down!
Two weeks ago, I managed to string 5 minutes together here and there to complete a mile.
A week and a half ago, I ran one mile without stopping.
A week ago: 20 minutes, 1.5 miles without stopping.
And today: two miles, baby

- without stopping. 26 minutes. I felt good starting out, and was just trying to beat twenty minutes. Twenty-one was the goal. But then I thought, do 25! And as I got closer to 25, I thought "just do the two miles!". So I did!
My legs felt like rubber afterward and I feel tired...I will be sore tomorrow

. But so worth it in terms of the pride I feel today. And I actually feel skinnier, even though my workout was shorter today than it is on my other cardio days.
Still chugging toward that 3-mile goal...
