I am doing the Atkins diet and it says that you may have soft drinks that do not have aspartame. It says that you can have soft drinks that have Splenda. I am not able to find one. I need some ideas that you ladies drink in addition to your water. I do not enjoy tea or coffee.

Julie - Dite Rite is made with Splenda, but sometime I just have a regular Diet Coke and take the hit to the diet. Lately I can't seem to break the Diet Mt. Dew habit. I drank a 6 pack on Monday. I buzzed thru the entire day.

Try Crystal Lite, SF Tang, or a naturally caffine free drink like Diet Root Beer.
