Default week 1 weigh in
Today is day 7 of my starting ww @ home & my 1st weigh in shows me down 6.9 pounds!!!!!!

Omg I'm super excited. I know realistically this won't be the norm, but boy does it feel great! I haven't felt deprived & have been making some delicious meals. I also havent eaten any AP's or the 49 Weekly points, i'm just too nervous! So glad I gave ww another chance.

Congrats on the awesome loss!!!!!!! It definitely spurs the motivation to see the scale tip in your favor. Now keep on tracking and get through each week!

Congrats on the loss and welcome back. As for your AP & weekly points, they are there for you to eat. I actually lose more weight when I eat them all than when I only eat my dailies.
