Question Not Hungry..Normal?

I just started WW on March 14th, had my last weigh in on March 26st where I lost 4.2lbs. (woot!) However, since my last weigh in, It seems I'm no longer hungry. Its almost like my appetite is completely gone. My daily points target is 44, but yesterday I only managed to eat 27pts. I only managed to eat to 27pts because I pushed myself to eat even though I wasn't hungry.

So my question is, is this normal? Is it okay if I don't eat close to 44pts. like I should?

Thanks!

I just looked at my progress report on etools...looks like I've been eating under 30pts for a week.

Today my appetite is still low.

It depends. Are you hungrier other times during the month? What does your monthly average look like?

Are you eating lower calorie foods? I know you are tracking by points, but are you making healthier choices? Its very easy to eat 2000 calories a day in junk food, but very hard to eat that number of calories if you are sticking to mostly fruits and veggies. If you are eating lots of veggies, they will fill you up but your overall points/calories will be low.

I've been only eating healthy - no junk food. I've been eating ALOT of veggies lately...so that might be why my appetite is low. I haven't noticed any pattern during the month - if I'm hungrier on some days than others- so I was a little worried when I didn't have the desire or appetite to eat.

If you're eating a lot of veggies, that might be it. Those will fill you up but they are (mostly) 0 points. So you'll be full sooner but also be below your points.

Is there anyway you can post a sample menu of your meals one day just so we can see and maybe offer suggestions?

Yes, because I want to see what you are doing and copy it. I am ravenously hungry and going OVER my points.
