So when I started my Diet I decieded to do something Id never done before and that was to do mini goals so that I will always keep my self motivated and not get upset so much if I didnt reach a huge gaol as fast as I wanted to ect. Never did I figure I would hit my first 2 goals on the same day .
1st goal- To lose 10lbs
2nd goal- to be under 250
today i almost fell over when I stepped on the scale and both of them I hit and the excitement for me to be below 250 finally even if by one pound is such a huge goal because its been so long ive gotten close but that number seemed to be a huge mountain I could never get over now its all down hill from here.
