Default Starting Journey back up
Hi all, I am new here. I started my journey at 350, I am down to 281 and have hit a bit of a Plato and I am hoping to learn and find people on the same journey I am. I look forward to meeting new people and hearing your journeys.

I used to weigh 256 pounds many a year ago....I like to stay around 150 lbs, but stress SOMETIMES makes the weight creep back on for me--I have regained 30 pounds! (again!) The same thing happened 5 years ago when my mother died. I think this is a GREAT site with LOTS of people going through the same thing. I have just recently joined 3FC as well. It's nice to have and give support and Share recepies. So HERE I am on the journey BACK to where I like to be weight wise....WELCOME and Best of LUCK to you!!!

Welcome Pam! Congratulations on your loss so far! What plan are you following? Perhaps folks can give you some ideas to switch it up a bit to break through that plateau.
