Default Excited, just wanted to share.

So today we went grocery shopping and I'm proud of myself for buying healthier stuff instead of my favorite bad foods. I did still buy a few things, because I feel that if this is a lifestyle change, you can't just stop eating your favorite foods altogether, because you'd just give in and stop working towards your goal completely. Everything really is fine in moderation in my opinion. Anyway, we go shopping for the whole month, so it's always a chore to bring in the groceries, but this time instead of sitting down and taking a break before putting everything away, I was like hey, I don't even need a break! This is the first time in a long time so I'm super excited about it! I can already see the benefits of working out. My brother asked me if I'd weighed myself since March 1st and I said no, so he said why don't you just see if you've lost anything as well. So I did and I've lost 2 more pounds since the first! I'm so happy with myself. I've really been kicking *** during my workouts too. Before I know it, it's been a half hour and I don't even need a break. I stop sometimes to catch my breath, but that's it! Happy dance time. I know I have a long way to go, but this is just more motivation to do it! I hope you're all doing well with your goals also, let me know how it's going for you.

Default my advice is

look for support and motivation daily. Take pix, talk to people, have weight loss buddies We all have good and bad days. Good days-push hard, bad days-do as little damage as possible

Congrats on your progress! I get really happy when I see people that are successful in sticking to their diet plan and achieving weight loss goals. It also motivates me to achieve my own goals. I've been doing good so far, I feel a little bad because yesterday I indulged a bit and had a donut, but I'm not gonna let this bring me down. It's refreshing to see people like you, so optimistic and motivated I want to switch my workout routine to a slightly more demanding one, that's my goal for this week, hopefully I can do it.
