So, my birthday is tomorrow as well as Valentines Day

But, here's the issue ... I've been on induction for a couple weeks (1 cheat day but was back in ketosis within 24 hours, no gain) & lost 13.6 lbs. I'm feeling great & proud of myself, but tomorrow brings a challenge. My hubby is so sweet and wants tomorrow to be special for me & is making dinner (steak) ... He's trying so hard to make something diet friendly for me but I feel horrible. Everything, everything, he asks if I can have, I have to say .. no, hunny .. the sugar, carbs, etc. Can I also mention this never, ever happens!! So, part of me just wants to take the day off & say, "babe, whatever you cook will be amazing." and just enjoy whatever it is instead of stressing about it! He's not a cook so I would never ask him to try an induction friendly dessert recipe LOL, I can only imagine
