Ready for a great week!
Just got home from the grocery store and ready for a great week!
Boneless skinless chicken breasts boiling with Montreal Chicken Seasoning (reduced sodium) for quick protein when I get home, so that if what I'm making is "off plan" or too many calories, I don't have an excuse to go off plan =]
SlimFast Meal Replacements in the car ready for my locker/fridge at work, so that if I forget lunch at home, I have something to keep me full!
Lean Cuisine for the lunches/dinners I don't want to cook, so again, NO REASON to go off plan =]
Goal: Gym 3x this week, weights on off days! I weigh in for the first time since I really got with the program...Fingers crossed!
