Hi I am a mother of three and wife of almost 18yrs. I need to lose almost 100lbs to get back into shape. I am trying to cut calories and exercise more. I have a variety of exercise equipment and dvd's (shout out to Richard Simmons) my problem is getting started and staying on track.
