Default Cook Yourself Thin Series

I'm sure many of you have seen this on Channel 4 and I've heard there is an American version as well. For those of you in the UK 4OD and Youtube has season 2 on catch up and I highly recommend watching the show. Just don't do it while you are hungry as it can make you RAVENOUS!

I personally really like this idea of not completely getting rid of your meals but replacing ingredients with others. For instance sweet potato is mentioned as a great substitute for potato.

I own the second book (the pink one) and so far have loved browsing it and getting new ideas on ingredients and meals.

Anybody else a fan?
