first Official Weigh In...
Drumroll please................................
Phase I Week I weightloss: 5.8 lbs.!
And I had lost a couple before I started (between Dec. 31 and Jan 2) bringing my weightloss for 2012 (so far) to 7.2 lbs. total!
My hubby started at 214 and weighed in at 208 this morning, so a 6 lb. loss for him.
