My weight is the one thing that I can't control of. I've spent time in therapy and understand enought to know that weight is a symptom of underlying issues, and yet.......
I wonder if years from now we won't understand that some people just have a propensity to eat more - maybe don't have the same "on/off" regulator that others do.
I never have to tell myself not to have the third drink - my body just knows its too much. Like people without a weight problem know that there's no need to eat a meal after a meal!!!!!
