Happy November everyone, let's keep going!!

I will stay on plan today because I didn't eat ANY Halloween candy yesterday so I'm not going to start now!

Because Thanksgiving is only 23 days away when I will see all of my family I have not seen in months. And would much rather hear WOW you look great, you have really stayed with this than hear.......Have you started gaining back the weight? I did not think you could "stay" this small......I want my family to know it is possible to lose the weight and keep it off!!! It is a lifestyle change for me this time not a "diet".

I will stay on plan today because I can't wait to see the look on the organizer of my job's weight challenge's face when I will have lost the most weight of all participants next week.

because I got a huge happy surprise yesterday with a totally unexpected whoosh taking me to Onederland and I never have to see a 2 in front of my weight again!

Because I found out yesterday I'm going to China. 11+ hours on a plane and I refuse to be uncomfortable in my seat the whole time.
