I'm so excited because the scale is moving down and I love it!!

6 pounds down in 3 days - WOOT!

I'm drinking so much water my tonsils are floating - but ya know what? My skin feels niiiiiiiice. It hasn't felt like this in a long time.

Congratulations! It really does work! I'm on week 4 and I've already lost 19 lbs and 15 inches. This is the first diet I've done that is so easy to follow. There are days that are tougher but if you tough it out and stay OP the rewards are so definately worth it. Good Luck in your journey

are you having a bar or packet 1/2 before and the other half after your workout?

I am going by what some of the others who exercise do, they usually add a packet to their day on those days. They will eat half before and half after they work out. Maybe one of them will chime in and give you more information.

I absolutely agree that this diet is working! First week I was down 11.8lbs!! Just got to stick to it and push through! Can't wait to start back exercising next week!! The support on this board is AMAZING! It definetly helps to have a constant source of support!

Great job to all of you! As many have said, it does get easier just never cheat while you are in the losing phases! I am not talking about a little extra protein, egg whites or pickles (on top of your alloted food). I'm talking about a forbidden carb food cheat. Once it happens it can be soooo hard to get back on track. Glad to see people getting fitness in with their new way of eating!!! I never wasted extra packets while working out, I just incorporated a couple boiled eggs or a few egg whites!

I'm just following the program. I like to eat at a set time or fairly close to it. I find that my body is use to that now and I can really tell when it getting close to eating time or that I'm getting overdue. Make sure you are getting all your water in and your veggies for the day. I'm still what I consider new at this but I'm hoping that I can continue having losses. I'm sure you'll get those last pesky 10 lbs off. Just keep working at it and don't lose hope! A loss is still a loss no matter how big or small
