Default WF...Honey Dijon

I just tried this for the first time...ICK!!! I so had high hopes for it!!! I like the Thousand Island, but possibly because the only way that I have it is on the Big Mac In A Bowl!!! The Creamy Bacon Ranch is actually good but what I have found is that they all have a sweeter taste to them...which isn't my favorite.

With that, I am looking for a great recipe for cauliflower mash...like mashed potatoes. Any suggestions? I am craving butter right now...could I use spray butter as it is all 0's?

I have heard that you can use up to 5 sprays. I made califlower mash with some garlic, salt, parsley. it was good.

Honey Dijon was very disappointing compared to some of the others, horribly watered down taste.

Don't throw away the honey dijon. Mix 2 tblsp or wf honey dijon, 2 tbsp of dijon mustard, 1 tbsp curry powder, and 1 tsp garlic. Put chicken in the crockpot and spread this mixture over the chicken. Amazing!!

I agree WF Honey Dijon is HORRIBLE. But THANK YOU for the recipe with it; I'm going to cook up some chicken with it to use it up. Before I wasn't sure what to do with it!

Any other WF recipes to make the dressings better or to use them in other ways besides on salads?

I usually cook about 1 pound to 1.5 pounds of chicken in the crockpot for about 4 hours on high...until it starts to shred and fall apart. If I use 1.5 pounds of chicken, I up the amount of wf, honey dijon, curry powder, and garlic. Hope you like it!

I have decided to stop wasting my money on WF products. the only thing I buy is the syrup for my cereal pancake recipe. And I use the Can't Believe it's Not Butter made with Olive Oil spray.

For mashed potatoes I use 2 cups of cauliflower cooked, and a packet of the chicken soup prepared, put it in the food processor with seasonings I like and spray with spray butter. get your IP soup and 2 cups of veggies in. tastes like potaotes. yum.

What seasonings do you use in the soup/cauliflower magic potatoes recipe? I am excited to try that one!!! :-)

I am so with you on WF...ick! I don't have their syrup but want to try those pancakes so I need to get some.

What are some of your other favorite recipes with IP Packets? I have no creativity when it comes to coming up with recipes!!!
