Everything is so so here at work. Long story, and don't want to get into it again. Just make me mad. We had a lady at Tops quit last night, might come back though.
Brandon is doing well. Better. I do have to call the doctor, cuz he is complaining that his bones are hurting. Other than that, things are fine.

Hi Everyone,

Not much going on here today. I'm just trying not to eat. Seems like I have been more hungry this week than I have been in a long time. I went out to the store and bought some rice cakes. They are low in calories and I can munch on them. Maybe that will help. I want to have a loss this week. That would give me 6 losses in a row.

Good Luck at your weigh-in tonight Coco, I know you have been battling the hungries, too.

Wendy....Congrats on the weight loss this week. You are doing great!!

Liz...Good idea on putting the snacks out of site. It helps me, too. If I can't see them, I'm not tempted by them. You can regain your Kops status by summer. Just hang in there. A small loss each week will add up. And you're doing great on the exercises.

Hi all,
Just checking in to say hi. I will not make it to TOPS tonight as my car is in the shop for repairs and hubby is going out of town for the night so , I will not make it. That is okay however, I feel pretty good and feel like I have had a loss, and will do even better this week. My scales at hope tell me I have lost 2 lbs, but one never knows. Hello everyone. Just dropped in to see how everyone is doing.

This has been such a busy week for me, seems like it should be Friday! We have had company, and have stayed on the go all since last Friday.

My chapter has worked all day on things for ARD and Installation and SRD. We had a good time. We work together well and everyone pitches in and works. Some of us worked on costumes for SRD. Some on decorations and things for ARD which we are hosting. Will go back tomorrow and work again, we really have so much to do. Don't know why we desided to host the ARD, except that it is our turn.

Our kids/grandkids were here for dinner tonight. Our uncle cooked and it was wonderful. That is the kind of company to have!!! Except I ate way too much. So tomorrow and Thursday I will REALLY have to watch it.

I hope you all are having a good week. It seems like everyone is on a roll this year!!! Girls you (and I) are going to reach goal this year or at least come closer to it. This is our year, remember, HAND IN HAND, TOGETHER WE CAN!
