Hello. Just found this forum and it seems a great place to be. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I always seem to be on a diet or just unhappy about the way I look. I am an emotional and social eater/drinker.
I'd like to lose 15-20lbs and keep it off.
I will be reading threads and posting but wanted to say hi first.
