Default How Much Excersise?!

Well I read that alot of you ladies do excersise... I am curious how much?? I have a passion to go out for roller derby... and the next derby "bootcamp" starts in october. But I have stayed off my skates for the last 4 weeks just incase my body wont be able to keep up with the lack of calories.. etc. Should I wait a little longer? or Should I just start out slowly?

IMHO...start slow. If you were used to a certain type of exercise then gradually add it back in. After 4 weeks, your body should be ready. If it feels good, do it! My clinic MAKES people start moving after 3 weeks. Something new? I wouldn't do heavy cardio.....and you should always add an additional packet shortly after the exercise. Your body needs it. I have been staying with my yoga, resistance/strength training/toning and walking and I've never felt better. I sleep so much better when I do exercise daily.
