Default Day one begins!
Today is day one,weighed this morning -2.8 pounds! That's trying to wean off everything bad during the week. Let's get the day started and hopefully continue this lost!

Day one big oops...got some sweets for an early birthday present. I'm taking it in moderation,maybe it won't be too bad.

I recommend taking them to work (or other function) to "share" them away. That's what I do with such carnage risks.
