I'm back!!

It has been a couple months since being on here and actually strictly using the WW program . I had gone away on vacation the end of June and my diet flew out the window. I have been trying to get back on track and finally have! Thankfully with all the bad choices I was making I only gained 3lbs when I weighed in last weekend at my WW meeting. I hope all my hard work this week pays off and I am back down to what I was before vacation.

I hope all is well and you should see me around a lot more

Just don't give up if you don't lost those 3 lbs within the first week! It's perfectly normal to only lose 1 lb a week!
