Thanks for getting this started, jenne! I think I read a NSV from your post over on the daily...not feeling like eating when it's stressful at work. Yay!

I taught my second water yoga class this morning and had lots of compliments. I've been working in this class for 6 years now and it's certainly a NSV to be ABLE to teach it now. Cleaner eating cleans up my mind, too.

I got a really great class evaluation over the weekend from my boss! and I'm going to be taking on 2 yoga classes per week in addition to going for my zumba cert. I'm really enjoying teaching!

Also, bought some new clothes over the weekend - all size XS and 2. *&&$*#$( yeah!

Yesterday before a three hour roller derby practice I had a green monster full of kale, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, oats... I felt GREAT at practice! No stomach cramps from eating a meal (even when eating two hours before practice i still feel full), not tired or lacking energy from NOT eating so i don't get cramps... It was perfect! I can't wait for next Sunday practice Super Green Monster!

This is a crazy NSV but I feel good about changing my ticker UP! I am no longer in denial and, to me, that's an NSV, so there!

little victory today....was in budget meetings ALL Day long....smelling and seeing delicious look pastries, people around me were eating them...ugh!! I didn't have a single one!!! Go ME!!!!

The good news? I'm in between sizes. The bad? I'm in between sizes.

Started at a 22W and now the 20Ws are big! But I couldn't find a suit to save my life and I need it!
