WOW! Am I the only one who hates milk so much that they eat cereal without it? Milk is for calves (baby cows)!
Just drink a low-calorie protein drink to go along with your cereal. Go to a small health store and ask the person who works there what the tastiest low calorie protein drink is, and you'll be fine. Those people usually know EVERYTHING! LET THE EXPERTS HELP, and don't give up.
OTHER OPTIONS:
-no milk, and have egg beaters (30 calories and 6 grams of protein)
-no milk, and a slice of lean turkey
-TONS of other options, just google it
P.S. I don't think it would be TERRIBLE if you used Almond milk, and then ate more protein for lunch. Putting unnecessary restrictions on your eating is the surest way to stop short of your goals.
