Post My first blog!!!

I've never done this before, so bear with me... lol. I have been on Weight Watchers since the end of February 2010, and was doing extremely well with the program up until last September when I had to have my gall bladder taken out. And ever since then, it's been a roller coaster. I went from losing 31 lbs to losing only 20 lbs. I seem to be losing the motivation to keep going and it's really frustrating. If I weigh in one week, and end up gaining, I'll want to quit right then and there. I went onto this site today while I was at work (bad thing, I know), and I was reading all these blogs, and that really got me motivated... Now, I'm starting to think that if all you guys can do this, so can I , but I really don't want to lose this motivation... I know what it is that I have to do, I just need to get started doing it and sticking to it. My boyfriend and I will be celebrating 2 years next month, and I would like to get at least another 5 lbs off, if nothing else. That gives me a month from Thursday (7/16/11) to get my butt in gear! I'll keep you posted on my progress.

You can absolutely do it! Just don't kick yourself if it's not as fast as you'd like. slow and steady wins the race they say :0 Yeah sometimes I'd like to beat "they" down too but hey...you can do it. We all can! We just have to remember why we want it, get our plan in order, sometimes daily journal writing helps, stick with your plan as best you can. Hang in there..you can do it!!

Thanx! I'm already starting to think of different ways I can improve my eating habits, but it doesn't help that I work with a bunch of guys and that the boss buys everyone lunch every Saturday, but I've been declining the offer everytime they ask. Nothing at the restaurant they get their food from is "Weight Watcher friendly...
