Default 1 year postpartum and 13lbs lost!

I posted my 6 month progress pictures, well, 6 months ago, and I'm pleased to post my ONE YEAR progress since having my boy.

June 2010: Around 142lbs (was 163lbs at delivery), 6 weeks postpartum
June 2011: 129-130lbs, 13 months postpartum

My 6 month progress focused on the scale, my last 6 month has focused on working hard in the gym! A few blips here and there, but I think I stuck to it fairly well.

Congrats! You look fantastic. Your posts & pics have been a real inspiration for me since I've been at 3FC (long-time lurker, recent poster). I might be one of those gals who was afraid of "getting bulky" from lifting weights if I hadn't seen your posts/pics.

It feels great to lose the baby weight, doesn't it? I can so relate. Great job.
