About to place order for RTD's from New Lifestyle Diet
Going to order some RTD Chocolate shakes to save a little bit of money. I LOVE the IP shakes and I'm hoping that these will taste close to or the same. Anyone try them? (PS: tried to do a search with no luck). TIA!

I have found the dark chocolate EAS Carb Advantage RTD shakes tastes very good. Plus, you can get them at Target- 4 shakes for $5. A much better deal than I.P. I have never had the ones you mentioned, but I thought I would suggest the EAS since they taste very good and are cheap and readily available

Thank you very much for responding!! We actually purchase the EAS by the case already! LOL!! Hubby loves it (chocolate fudge). I'm just not a big fan of it myself. I am so addicted to the IP choc that if I can't find a replacement I fear I will be purchasing the original for the rest of my life! Haha!!

Gotcha! Keep us posted if they are as good as the IP drinks. I also love the RTD chocolate! Although, I wish it was a little bit bigger because I drink them so fast I am continuing to execise through IP so I pack one everyday in my gym bag for a post workout drink.

Someone had posted on here a long time ago that they were identical to the IP shakes. Let us know if you like them.

Yup....I think this is actually where I first heard of them (on an old post)! LOL!! I just hate to purchase them and not like them (they're around $70.00 per case of 24).

...so I just got off the phone with New Lifestyle Diet. Their product is identical to the IP version!!! Woot woot!! She told me it is manufactured by the same Company, just different packaging!!
I am going to order 3 cases to get free shipping (they use UPS and it goes by weight.....so to ship one case from California to Massachusetts would cost $20.00). I am so excited!!!!
...now if I could only find out where to order the Southwest cheese curls for less.....LOL!!!
Cool!!! I found them on their site and saved the link. I will have to order some after I get to Phase 4.
I got the IP RTD chocolate shakes for the first time last week. I need to try to compare the costs. I am not sure how much the IP ones were for me. It was a different new coach and I was confused. I didn't know you could get 3 boxes of packets + 1 RTD package.

I started ordering them after about 6 months on IP...they are identical in flavor and "stats". And if you order a bunch in one month and wait about 25 days, they will email you a coupon for $35 off the next order. So, pair that with another 3 cases to get the free shipping and they start to get REALLY cheap. I"m on maintenance but still keep these for my "post cheat" days and to have in my bag to save me from bad sugar choices. I can go to Starbucks, order a double shot of espresso over ice and add a shake and have the amazing TREAT.

Hi - I have RTD every day, once or twice a day. Am I not supposed to be having these in Phase 1??? My coach is not too informative and I'm getting frustrated.

I just don't know how much my coach would like me buying RTD products from someone other then them in Phase I.
RTDs are ok (unrestricted) in Phase 1 according to my coach and you are right, they generally don't want you ordering from other businesses. So if you are doing alternatives this is "fine" and/or if you are using more than the usual 3 a day for some reason you can fill in with these.

That is great. When you do get them can you please post again and let us know if in fact they taste like the IP shakes? I am just a skeptical person. The calories are different. Ideal Protein says 110 calories and the New Lifestyle Diet website it says theirs are 100 calories. I'm sure since you talked to them it is right but I just want to be positive. Thanks.

I've been taking one premier protein chocolate (sams)and mix it with either the EAS vanilla (wal mart), or the pure protein creamy vanilla (target), and add some nutmeg and cinnamon. I hit it with my emersion blender and then put it in 2 containers and top it off with some cold coffee. I put it in the freezer at work and it tastes just like a fudgsicle, thick and frosty. Don't let it freeze solid, it takes too long to thaw. Don't be afraid to add some sf syrup or vanilla to it.
