Just have fun! This past weekend my boyfriend visited me.. and I went WAY off plan. Like fast food and all.. But I didn't gain any weight

We walked..alot doing all the stuff we did. I probably could of lost weight if I had healthier options, but we were at a hotel, and could only eat out.
So what if u gain a pound or 2? You'll lose it real quick after.
Also, IDK about where you're going but at the concert venues here they have like chicken ceasur salad.
What I would do if I was SUPER worried about it, is eat a big healthy breakfast or lunch b4 you go.. then when you go just get a cheese burger or piece of pizza, and enjoy it. That way youll be too full for fries and extra.
Either way, go and have fun. Eat what you want. I'm so jealous I love Tim McGraw :]
