Default Lowest carb count for IP packages? - Phase 1

For Canada, does anyone know the lowest carb counts for the IP packets allowed during Phase 1. I have been seeing my fav - chocolate drink being notorious for having one of the highest carb counts - yikes!

I do like the wildberry yogurt drink, dark chocolate pudding which I may drink more often instead of the chocolate drink.

Any one know for these particular items and the others for Phase 1 items? Restricted items?

I apologize if the answer is posted on another thread - please redirect me to the info.

Thanks so much!

I have created a list from foods I have tried. I totaled the carbs, sugar, and fat for each food, which is the number next to the food name below. The lower the number, the better off you are on the IP plan. I hope this helps you as much as it helped me. You can succeed on this diet! Good luck!

Thanks CC Sunshine - your list is very helpful.

I am going to try to do the same calculations you did for the Canadian IP packets. How did you calculate? Fat+carbs+sugar = total?

in Canada our peach/mango is 1 carb and I actually really like this. It reminds me of fuzzy peaches candy. In the USA it is 5 carbs.

I tried the orange today and was not a fan - but i didn't think i would be since i really don't like OJ or anything like that.
My mom mixes the orange drink with the vanilla drink and makes it a creamsicle - then drinks half at a time, for 2 IP "meals". She LOVES it
