Default Carb Amount On Induction

I was wondering, I have only been getting in about 11-15 carbs a day in..is this okay or am I doing something wrong. All of the carbs are coming in the form of veggies..like spinach, salad, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and things like that. I am just wondering if I am doing it right..still second guessing myself aparently..

Hi MandaPanda and welcome.
You should have no more than 20 gr. of carbs daily on Induction and that should be in the form of low carb veggies...so you're doing it right but you should increase your carbs a bit.
Here's a site that has the basics of Atkins Induction.
