Hey..I have never heard of that before.. However, I saw your post about not having a successful weigh in.. Don't let yourself become discouraged! Think about it, it didn't take three weeks to gain the weight, it going to take time to lose it properly.. Just keep with this program - I know how you feel I have become discouraged at points especially after the first week... Hang in there!

Yes, I tried the vanilla whether. It was too sweet for me. I think it would work good if I was trying to build a smoothie.

I have not tried this, but just a quick glance at his diet assures me you will not lose as fast as on ip, if you stay op.

There are a million diet plans out there. I think the best you can do is pick one and give it a real go. If, after 6-8 weeks you decide it's not fir you then move on. But most changes take time and effort.
